Meanwhile, median income households have fallen MORE since the START OF THE RECOVERY, which was in June 2009, than they did DURING THE ACTUAL RECESSION.

Obama owns that. People are doing WORSE amidst the so-called "Obama recovery" than they were doing during the actual recession of 08 and 09. But he says we are on the right track.

with lots more people looking for work, the pressure on wages is relaxed
with fewer people earning income the demand atrophies, eliminating the need for overtime

some people have exhausted their assets trying to stay afloat until the dicknbush caused notso great recession is turned around
but we agree that Obama has been disappointing
he should have taken a page from FDR's playbook when that president brought our nation back from the notso great depression with a government works program, making sure anyone who wanted a job - while not high paying - got one
but Obama was too conciliatory, wrongly believing the republican politicians would put their country's needs before their party. when he had control of the congress he should have crammed down a stimulus program that provided for make-work jobs while ignoring the republican insistence that a substantial portion of the stimulus dollars also be spent for tax relief
we can now see after a decade that reducing taxes on high earners does not cause jobs to be created
