Obama's Signiture Move: Unsealing Private Records

Wishful thinking isn't going to make it go away. It's relevant background information whether or not Romney stuck to the letter of the law.

Wishing obama's hidden college records away won't work either. Foreign exchange student????????????????? prove that he wasn't.

First of all, Ann Coulter is not a very credible source. She is an entertainment figure and seems to believe that Democrats and liberals are all idiots and/or the spawn of Satan.

Second, this article depends a lot on unsubstantiated connections between Obama and various newspapers and reporters even before he was an important political figure. Seems like a pretty big stretch, but then again, like I said, Coulter is completely paranoid, so her decision to root out and connect whatever dots she feels support her bias is entirely unsurprising.

That said, I have no doubt Obama wants Romney's tax returns so he can demonize Romney over what Romney does with his money. Not a strategy I find commendable in any way, shape, or form. But Romney hasn't shown himself to be much better, recently he has latched onto and spun just about everything he could get his hands on too. So the point is a wash, IMO.

And, if he didn't, the IRS would already be neck-deep in his ass.

Where are Obama's 14 years of tax returns? Why aren't you equally concerned about that?

You don't seem the least bit troubled that Tim Gietner didn't pay his taxes.

The desperation from the Libbos is trully incredible.

Your desperation is self evident. Obama has released 11 years of tax returns. Romney ... one partial year.

We would never have known about Geithner's tax issue if he had not disclosed at least four years of tax returns. See the problem?

See the problem?

Yes, I see the problem.
The problem is that both sides are busy spouting nonsense and flinging mud at each other instead of addressing the real issues. That is the problem.

Romney's tax returns? Not an issue.
Obama saying "you didn't build that"? made up crap by redacting most of the statement.
Obama overturned welfare reform? Nope. didn't happen.
Romney likes to fire people? More made up crap that doesn't approach reality.

After the two candidates are finished throwing mud at each other, then they'll stand up and expect us to vote for the least muddy candidate.

That's the problem.

Romney is a very loyal guy. He helped found Bain and was once asked to revive a part of Bain. Bain is a partner based organization and if Romney starts releasing the details of his income, there will be demands for more and more and more. This will be a violation of confidences and Romney just won't go there. You know he's rich. You know he makes a lot of money through capital gains. You have your talking points. That's all he's going to give you.

Heh. Adam gives this a pass:

Still waiting for even one example to support your so-called argument. Suggesting that Romney's tax returns might reveal something is NOT an example of unsealing private records impugn someone with dirt.

(And note he's moving the goalpost on his challenge.)

But look how he dismisses kmiller1610:

Seems like it's based on pure innuendo.

Adam: king of selective outrage.

Harshaw, king of missing the point completely.

And I'm still waiting for even one example of Obama unsealing records to smear Romney or McCain or anyone else. :popcorn2:

You already flushed your credibility in this thread several times. The level of proof you demand is greater than any reality will ever be able to provide, your selective Obama blindness wont allow you to see it, even if you see it.

You read the Trib and Sun Times archives yet? Nah didnt think so.

What a joke. The level of proof I'm asking for is ONE EXAMPLE!! :2rofll: :2rofll:

You have been given it already concerning Ryan. If you dont understand how Obama's campaign was involved in that, you dont know the Chicago machine at all----and consequently, you dont know Obama.
