This is bad news for Romney fans and the GOP who thought they would be able to score points with voters on the healthcare issue
.

Public Divides on ACA Ruling, But Romney's Plans Fall Shorter - Yahoo! NewsAmericans divide on the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on the federal health care law and on Barack Obama's plans for the health care system alike, while favorable views of Mitt Romney's approach to health care fall shorter, with more undecided.Just 30 percent in the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll have a favorable opinion of Romney's approach to health care, while 47 percent see it negatively, putting him underwater on the issue by a 17-point margin.

I think this is why many in the GOP were unhappy with the selection of Romney as their candidate.

The GOP had a huge opportunity to score votes with the public seemingly unhappy with the ACA...and they squandered it.

This...along with the SCOTUS ruling on the issue has essentially destroyed any hopes for the GOP on using the issue to score a political victory.

Romneycare is irrelevant, Romney's promise to kill Obamacare isn't.

The Gallup Poll showed much the same thing with only about 31% agreeing with the Romney/GOP plan of outright repeal.

LOL he CANT kill Obamacare since he would need 60 votes in the Senate, which he aint gonna get after November if he wins the White House. Hell he is more and more likely to have a Democratic run house..

And the worst part, the guy is lying through his teeth.. he wants to keep most of Obamacare, but not what pays for it.. typical pass the buck right wing Reganomics bullcrap.

Good luck with that one. Romney talking about killing Obama care has as much credibility as GWB talking about killing Osama Bin Laden....most people aren't going to take him serious.
