Who is going to call the police? The racists? Not unless they want to risk having some black or latino police officers show up. Cops hate assholes like that. They hate wasting time filing a report over a misplaced piece of racist garbage.
Who is going to complain? The hotel? Not unless they want to be known as the racist friendly joint.
If the racists, ignorant teabags ever complained or made a stink, who would care? Remember, it's their own side tossing them out, saying: "You went too far, we don't need you."
Think! -- The hotel would claim the racists were asked to leave and were therefore trespassing. It's simple. Send some hotel security with the private security. Done. You're asked to leave and then when you don't, you're trespassing. You have no clue how these things work. When event holders and staff want to get rid of someone causing a disturbance, it's pretty easy. They say, "you need to leave."
If they don't, security can physically toss them out.

Potentially tresspassing or other type of laws if the Hotel wanted to file a complaint. Why would they file a complaint? Because they could potentially get sued to kingdom come by the things owner.
The hotel would be glad to have the racists piece of trash thrown off their property, they might even take credit for it. "Look how WE handled this." They don't want to be associated with extremists.

Oh, and that doesn't even go into the various variables...such as if the guy or other people are there as your people try to take it and your private security lays a single hand on anyone resulting in potential assault charges.
Cops wouldn't care. And the racists wouldn't dare press charges
if their own side took action against them.

Seriously, you should think for three seconds before decrying "Fail". I don't know what fantasy world you're imaging here, but "tearing down" other peoples property is illegal.
