Anyone else want Rob Portman for VP?

Blacks can be evangelicals? Who knew. I thought you all could only be BLTers.

Edit: for those who don't get it, that was what we call sarcasm.

blacks are so not evangelicals, thats why south carolina has the largest populaion of black conservative evangelicals, its all a conservative conspiricay:roll:

or maybe how people are raised has something to do with it i dont know,:2razz:

I bet the bolded part is based on misrepresentations.

Why? It is a forum of mostly black and mixed race women so you do the math. It is definitely liberal on political issues to the point that anyone with views outside of the very liberal feels ostracized on politics threads. You would probably feel at home if you're a liberal. I posted the link (Hope that is allowed.). Feel free to decide for yourself.

Where did you post a link? I missed it.

Redress, go to CurlTalk - Powered by vBulletin, non-hair discussion forum. There have been several threads on politics lately, and there is also a politics section off of the main Curltalk page. I'm not posting direct links because I'm not sure of the rules here. Many forums don't like that - I don't want to be accused of spamming b/c of my being new.

A direct link would be fine. We do not allow advertising, but linking to another forum as part of a discussion is just fine.

I'm not at all sure that Romney has the Evangelical vote, only that Obama probably doesn't either.

I'm an Evangelical that has actually read the Gospel (a few times over), hence I will be voting for Obama.

Thx, that's good to know though I'm not going to go back and direct link threads. You can easily find whatever you want through a few quick searches on nc.com's main page that I gave. Though, IDK what relevance that site's political lean has on THIS issue - Rob Portman. I only brought it up to address the evangelical issue, and I did so in passing; it has no direct relevance to this topic.
