Rubio Endorses Romney

Another person who wants to gamble on a horse race after the race is 2/3rd over and that horse has a 50 yard lead. The only time his endorsement might have mattered was for the Florida primary - and he didn't.

Is there a time, IYO, when it's just to late to endorse? I think the Rubio endorsement shows he's looking further ahead and knows he'll need the "party's" support.
