Obama rebounds in PEW Research poll, leading Romney 54-42 among potential voters

In 2008 Rasmussen was one of the LEAST accurate throughout the primary season.

Not in the fall. Primary polling was off with everyone that year. Obama polled much better than he performed.

If Obama was losing in the polls to Romney at this point, that would be news. Romney has not even sewn up the republican nomination yet, he cant push much past 30% support in the primaries, yet he is within 5% of Obama. That should not make democrats happy, it should worry them.

it is too early to tell

Rasmussen did okay close to the general election day. Everyone does okay close to the election. But they were simply horrible throughout the primaries and farther out from the general election. And they almost always erred in favor of the Republicans.
