Santorum backs nullifying existing gay marriages

I was under the mistaken impression that conservatives advocated less government intrusion into our lives!

Santorum shouldn't be singled out as Romney supports c.a.d.m (yes im lazy). Romney is just smart enough not to talk about it.

Actually, he'd probably take the rest of the extreme conservatives with him... as he should since they are all birds of a feather.

Santorum is really milking the social conservative angle. The good news is that his lack of support means that people who actually believe this **** don't count for even half of America.

Man, the Republican party is in really bad shape if this is the best they can muster. I just don't understand why the campaign has taken this approach, when fiscal conservativism would really go over well right now; or anti-interventionism in foreign policy. Really, there are so many good angles.

So... what I deduce from this is, either the current GOP model does not give two farts about the economy and/or has no real plan for it, or they really do not feel that they can change this economy for the better so they won't bother dishing out a false platform to get elected. Instead, they'll just go for the throat in all the social areas.

GOP candidates try to go for the throat in all the social areas because if they actually talked about their economic agenda--increasing the debt to fund subsidies for their corporate buddies--no sensible American would vote for them. So they cloak themselves as Jesus-servants in an attempt to dupe the weak-minded conservative voters into thinking they're strong Xtians to get voted in, and then once in power, they run up the debt to fund their corporate buddies.
 
I am not a fan of "retro-<anything>"... except cars and baseball stadiums. I especially oppose retroactive laws.

Santorum is not you problem. It is the SCOTUS.. If a vote came down tomorrow gay marriage would lose 5-4 and the all gay marriages in the U.S. would be voided...

I am sure they do but they can't let and institution like Marriage be hijacked by the gay agenda..

Morals? It would be best if Santorum nullified his campaign because doesn't stand a chance to win the nomination or the election.

And for a man with high morals he too seems to be telling a few fibbs and lies when it suits him.

No, Barack Obama. I have as said before never heard of someone called Hussein Obama. A few words for you, Santorum, liar, liar, pants on fire.

And a few more words, when it comes to doing the right or the decent thing, like saying that, for example, that Rush is just being absurd when he insults a young women by calling her a slut and a prostitute who wants the taxpayers to pay for her to have sex all day long. No Rick Santorum, the only thing that is absurd is your response to this issue.

Then you must be thinking about someone else, because Santorum has neither of those qualities. He especially has no family values when his intent would be to DESTROY thousands of families by making their marriages invalid. NP... you're backing an immoral, anti-family, jerk, who will get destroyed by Obama, if he gets the nomination.
