Ann Coulter: Jeb's Going to Run - And 'we don't need another Bush'

"It looks like we can throw Jeb Bush's hat into the ring, along with Sarah Palin, as hoping to be chosen as the nominee after a contested convention," she said, adding that Bush "would be the worst of all candidates," "embarrassing," and bluntly concluding that "we don't need another Bush."

I'm mad that she's a Romney supporter. Makes me feel like I should take a shower.

"We don't need another Bush"

For the first and hopefully last time, I can say I agree with Ann Coulter.

Jeb Bush or any other viable candidate is not going to run. Why would they? The republican party is a mess right now, they are better off having Romney face Obama (I would say its about a 65%) chance Obama gets re-elected. They will probably save their real candidates for next election cycle, they risk too much bringing out the big guns in this high-risk election for the Republican party. If they save what they have now, they have a good shot at winning the election 4 years from now, depending on if Obama picks Hillary as his V.P.

A Jeb Bush/Chris Kristy ticket seems pretty powerful in my eyes. Sarah Palin will never hold serious office in the United States and she knows this. You can't have extreme views anymore and win the presidency, its all bout being in the middle, independents decide elections, not extreme right or left supporters.

Jeb and Sarah Palin???

Good grief.

Palin is still a flake and what on earth will Jeb have to say about offshore oil drilling?

Ann Coulter is the most convincing troll of all time.

You make a lot of sense..............

I don't buy it.

Jeb has said repeatedly he isn't interested. I think he reaffirmed that as recently as last week.

Were his lips moving?

Were his lips moving?

For sure his giant noggin' was wobbling. But I think he means it. He's not running ... at least this year.

What exactly is Jeb Bush going to run? The "Bush-presidents" memorabalia stand at the Republican convention this year?

Mugs with the image of GW Bush under a banner "mission accomplished"?

Shirts with "George Bush Senior, the best president ever to have never been re-elected"?

Have you picture taken with Barney, George W. Bush's dog sessions?

Were his lips moving?

He did say we should read his lips. I have the feeling we've heard that from his family before...

I doubt it though. For some reason, staring down Obama's record, most decent Republicans seem to be waiting for 2016.

Did you mean Chris Christie? He won't run, neither will Jeb Bush. Coulter is right that the country doesn't need another Bush. It also doesn't want one. People especially independents would have a hard time voting for that name again, right or wrong as that may be.

Sarah Palin isn't a serious contendor for anything.
