Yup, Obama will be running for president in the state of Georgia in 2012. LOL.

The birther movement suffered yet another totally predictable setback yesterday when a Georgia Administrative Law Judge ruled that President Obama was eligible to be President under the Constitution and would appear on Georgia’s ballot:

I wonder if it had anything to do with this?

Stamped and certified, with his birth too

And she laid her license to practice
On the ground at Obama's feet
Obama said Orly just come on back
If you ever want to try it again

Honestly, who gives a toss? Even if you were to prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt, the removal process at this point would be completely political and pointless in execution. I would say that most conservatives understand this and are picking their fights, this isnt one that can be won, legally or politically. So whats the point?

Im going to have some fun with you, what would you personally say if Obama was found out NOT to be a natural born citizen? Careful, your answer will be recorded for solidarity :p

If Obama is not qualified to be president then he shouldn't be president. But now, I am going to have to burn your little straw man down. When Obama was running for president, he was thoroughly vetted by the FBI and the Secret Service. As far as his birth certificate goes, the Republican governor of Hawaii asserted that it is genuine.

Case closed on that bit of silliness... Or maybe not. I am sure that Orly will be looking for another judge, someplace, maybe in Batpoop Crazy Land.

Dan, I believe he is a US citizen. A natural born one at that. I gave a hypothetical, but no strawman. I did allege that the amount of investment of the left in Obama would not allowed him to be disqualified even if he were not. Thats my opinion and one we cant ever know the answer to 100%.

Youre still not understanding. I said twice now, I believe he is. Im saying if he were not, the investiture of the left does not allow them to disavow him, thats the hypothetical Im referring to. NOT whether he is a citizen but the reaction on the left if he were not. Its a subtle difference. But it is different.

Again, the question of his birth isnt even in my head other than what the reaction on the left would be if it were proven. I get the feeling, that for most it wouldnt matter. Maybe the ammendment itself is in need of change. shrug

Well, that could be faked. I'm not saying that it is, only that it's possible to do. We have as much proof of Obama's birthplace as we do of anybody else.

Oh come on! Where's the fun in that? I want Barack Obama's birthplace to be the focal point of the Republican campaign for President. I'm hoping the keynote address at the Republican national conventions spends ten or fifteen minutes talking about Kenya.
