How can anyone think that Romney will change anything from the norm???

Neither of them is going to do much that actually creates jobs, IMO. But the economy will probably recover at some point over the next four years no matter who is in charge.

That's not to say that neither has the power to change anything. Obama will probably allow the debt to continue to spiral out of control. Romney's economic policies and prioritization when it comes to balancing the budget could decrease social mobility. Either could put a justice on the Supreme Court that seriously affects how the government can act. Both will probably make decisions with major consequences on the gay community. Both will make decisions that have serious consequences for the development of the Middle East.

While jobs are what people care about most, realistically, the federal budget, the scope of government, taxes, foreign policy and civil rights should be the most important issues this election.

Do you discount the last Democratic President and the war he got us involved in? Or do you consider his war to be based on a just cause? Also, aren't you worried that this Democrat might get us into a shooting war with Iran?
 
Don't worry you didn't miss anything, you wouldn't have gotten anything from it anyway, that's obvious. You need a few more years of experience before you will get anything out of it. So for now, stay in your hole and read what you want. I didn't ask for you to read my post and don't give two ***** if you do, as I'm fairly sure, you can tell by now. It's blatantly obvious to me that you are describing yourself with the "crybaby, whining" about something and i'm the one telling you to stick it and I don't give two ***** if you like it, sorry about your luck! This is one of the underlying reasons our country is soooooo ****** up!!! Thank you Mycroft for allowing me to point this out! People want to insert their opinions down other's throats and make everything about them! When he whined like a crybaby I basically told him to stick it and he didn't like it too much! Instead of getting the picture that I don't care how he felt about the layout of my post he obiouvsly couldn't handle it so he decided to act like I better get things right if I want him to read my post cause it's a privelage for him to read my post!!!! ROFL Which has always been his mind set and that's the mind set of this new generation!!! Well, ding ding, wake up call!!!! I don't give two ***** about how you feel about the layout of my post or if you read my post!!!! Get over it!!! Grow up!!! Learn a lesson and move on! Miss out on life cause you refuse to explore something that doesn't sit within your boundries.

This is the first time I've ever posted (not making excuses, simply clarifying the perspective). I knew exactly what I was doing! I sat down to try this out of frustration and after just banging on the keyboard for a few I stopped and went back to read my post! I realized it was one big block and truthfully I did plan on editing it later but just wanted to get my thoughts down so I didn't forget how I was feeling at the time. After thinking about it a bit, it dawned on me that some self-righteous twit was going to say something about it and whine like a crybaby about it. At that point I decided to leave it until the next day or so and give it much more thought so I could go back over it like I really wanted too rather than follow the norm cause someone whines and not sound so angry or frustrated and rather more logical. Low and behold it wasn't even twenty four hours and here is "Mycroft" some young self-righteous punk trying to tell me I'll get the "privelage" of him reading my email if I format it the way he wants or the way he feels the standard should be!!! ROFL If our capitalist market were truly handled in the same way this world would be a lot different!!! Truthfully, a lot better off!!!!!!!

You are just learning life really which is obvious but you want to act like a smart ass to others in regards to my post for not fitting stuff into what you think it should be like or what you call "common conventions"! Mycroft, "older crowd" means the generation's before you! ROFL!!! The people in my generation and older! I knew exactly what he meant, why, cause I'm in the "older crowd"! The reason I knew is because I can see how a good marjority of my colleagues and friends have no clue except for this culture we've created! They are materialistic, selfish and greedy and think their ways are the only way!!! Just like your generation almost! The only difference is they base their opinions on usually tangible stuff kinda and your generation is just straight self righteous!!!

Not sure if you noticed but I didn't even reply to the second reply to my post, that read...."massive block of text". I respected that person's opinion cause basically I knew he was right! The reason I jumped on your post with so much passion is because I knew this was a perfect time to edumacate some people or at least help broaden their minds a bit. I hope you get something out of this but at the same time maybe I should listen to you and not worry about your ass at all!!!

Now with that last statement I made you can see how are world is getting worse. It's never ending....someone acts stupid (in this case self-righteous)...someone tries to put them in their place....someone whines cause they not happy....then someone has to shove it back down their throat! What a vicious cycle! Guess that's life even though it doesn't have to be. Think of how simply you could have written...if you felt so pasoniate about it...and said "massive block of text" or "too much text I can't read it in that format". Instead you chose to act self-righteous as the younger generation does and make try to make it seem like its a privelage for me to have you read my post! Additionally, If you call reading that small but ugly( I'll give you that) block of text an "extraordinary effort" you are sad and obviously lazy as hell! There's no way this person is over 50 or well over 50 as they say. You can tell by their posts they are naive and give no real insight into anything. An older person would have good content to add and no be so quick to judge. They obviously "AssUMeD" that my original post was complete or that maybe it should have been complete. Either way, they responded very quickly in a less than upstanding way in my opinion and then got even lower when I told them to stick it. So you be the judge of it!

Just to clarify, I'm 47 years old! I've been a ward of the state of Delware during my childhold and have served for the Navy and Army. I currently make six figures a year and that is coming from living in a car when I was 13. I've had direct exposure to every aspect of American culture. I'm a true spill over from the original melting pot. My hertiage is American Indian, and a bunch of others from what I understand. My family has been so desimated beyond the point of being able to even keep track of anything like that. I have no family or friends really, some by choice. Simply because I've learned I can't trust a single soul in this world!

I make the money I do not because it was given to me in anyway or I had help from the government in anyway, shape or form. Matter of fact they presented a lot of the road blocks that just about killed me. Truthfully I have no desire to make any type of money because I'm not materialistic but that's besides the point. Either way, our government protected the people that screwed me over and twisted things to make me seem like one of the worst person's in the world. In no way shape or form do I feel they protected me or provided me anything guaranteed under the constitution. So if you are calling me some young Pauligan troll you are sad and obviously not old enough!

Romney’s reaction was met with a noticeable response of jeers from the crowd.

Following the debate, Paul explained that the golden rule can be used in explaining much of his foreign policy ideas, not just his notion of when and where to go to war.

"This is why I bring up the ‘the golden rule.’ If we don't want people to ban oil imports to our country, why should we do that to another country?” Paul asked Tuesday from a campaign stop in Spartanburg, South Carolina. "I don't know why that is such a negative term for people to boo that.”

Another point where Paul shines above every other candidate is that he is genuine. Paul has a few issues that seem illogical and he will not get my vote .... yet on foreign policy and special interests lobbyists he is profound and a standout.

Also, I could care less about your life history so I won't even comment on all that blather...but I will say that if you think I'm a young man...heck, if you think I'm even near as young as YOU are...then you are a poor judge of people and you should go far on this forum. Additionally, if you think reporting me...or should I say attempting... whether you are successful or not....of getting me kicked from this board or whatever the consquences you think should be bestowed upon me... then so be it:) There's plenty of places to offer my opinion AND RESPOND to criticism of my post. If that's how this board operates than I don't want to be a part of it anyway but I hope those in charge are a little bit more tolerable and open minded than you! At the time I was only wanting to get what I was thinking down and I was too tired to worry about anything other than that and I do have to take in to consideration that ppl use this board twenty four seven so Thank you for reminding me of that! Now you are starting to ramble...but whatever, dude.

I do want to clarify...just so you understand, you see...that there is no rule about composing your rants into readable paragraphs, so you don't have to worry about getting kicked from the forum for that. But...if you want people to read and respond to your rants it would be a good thing to make it easy for them to read them.

In respect to the cussing...I guess all I can suggest is that you DO read the rules. It'll make things easier for you around here.
