Newt is an interesting (not in a good way) person… Regardless of how you feel about his politics…He as a person is a douche! I don’t have enough vocabulary to describe him in any other way, so I do apologize! I have listen to hundreds of his speech over the course of 15 or so years and he is just a bad person as whole. Vengeful, petty and arrogant and he hates people simply because he disagrees, or rather they disagree with his politics, which is the true sign of a petty man.

Now as for what happened in South Carolina…

Newt's Win in South Carolina Primary. by calling Obama as the "Food Stamp President" as often as he could - and characterizing the poor, and in particular minorities, as lazy - Newt proved that race baiting in the South is still a winning strategy...at least when only Republicans are voting.

That means after three contests so far - and three different winners - this race is wide open - and Gingrich might have a real shot at becoming the nominee - Florida polls are showing him ahead there today. And with that - there's already speculation that leaders within the Republican Party might push for a brokered convention - in which the nominee - who might not even be in the race today - is picked behind closed doors at the Republican National Convention later this year with little regard to what the actual voters across the nation wanted.

It is sad the some of the republicans are regressing back to 1990s politics and knowing what we know about Newt, why so eager to open that can of warms! Are they really that desperate?

I think it is truly a shame that Grand OLD Party has fallen this low this fast!

Newt shocked the establishment on Saturday night crushing Mitt Romney in a landslide victory in the South Carolina Primary. By referring to President Obama as the "Food Stamp President" as often as he could - and characterizing the poor, and in particular minorities, as lazy - Newt proved that race baiting in the South is still a winning strategy...at least when only Republicans are voting.

Dude, the establishment republican's wouldn't DARE, and I mean dare to pick the nations candidate after the primary... To do so would signal the official end of the Republican party, and you'll begin seeing TPR, or NRP beside republicans names.. Tea Party Republican, New Republican Party or similar type acronymns.. Which, IMO wouldn't be abad thing to be honest. The same can work for democrats as well, although most of them either drink the cool aid, or they're too afraid to stir the pot.. :)

By the way, how is calling the "poor" lazy (Which he did not do by the way) any different than calling all the rich greedy?
