santorum should drop-out

This is very interesting. In general, it seems Democrats have more racists than Republicans. For example, only Democrats seem to equate "food stamps" with African Americans.

It doesn't really tell us that at all. For example, there may be more democrats that oppose Mormon's as President because they think most mormon's are even more into their religion than the average christian, and they figure most mormons are pro-life, and they being pro-choice would make it so that they would not vote for a mormon. So on the Gallup poll they'd show up as a "no" but its not actually due to any issue with the mormon faith but rather having to do with a policy issue that they associate a particular answer with the mormon religion.

And those Democrats equating "food stamps" with African Americans I believe are doing it less so due to a racist mentality that actually equates African Americans to food stamps but rather due to a bigoted stereotyping view of conservatives that leads them to equate the two due to partisan politics as a means of suggesting that must be what conservatives really believe.

That's part of the problem with politics today...people look at a particular issue or poll or bit of information and find ways to fit that into the agenda or purpose that they have rather than looking at the variety of reasons that could explain something.

Really? Gingrich converted to Catholicism because 90% of his supporters wanted him to?

Re France's Henry IV: "A Calvinist, he converted to Catholicism to satisfy the wishes of 90% or more of the population of France. Henry IV was the first of the Bourbon dynasty."

Henry IV

Newt could be regarded as part of the Bourbon Dynasty too. He drinks Jack Daniels.

A lot of conservatives consider Romney to be a RINO. Many of these conservatives will stay home or vote third party if Mitt Romney is the GOP nominee.

I really doubt "many" will stay home. The alternative of another 4 years of Obama will force them to hold their noses and pull the lever.

Report is that Santorum is leaving Florida after the debate. Supposedly he said he is going to prep his tax record to make public and raise funds in his home state. I wouldn't be surprise if he drops out afterward.
