Ron Paul hates Israel but is not an anti-Semite

I dont understand the love affair America has with Israel, only one winner in that realtionship...
 
I think there should be a distinction made between being critical of Israel and being anti-Israel. Many people who are critical of Israel are not "anti-Israel" per se, anymore than Americans who criticize our government and its actions are "anti-American." I am often critical of Israeli policy but I'm not anti-Israel. I would be anti-Israel if I felt the same way about Israel as I do, say, about LeBron James.

And from what I can tell, Ron Paul isn't exactly "anti-Israel" either, he is merely critical of the economic and military aid the US provides for Israel. It's like not he's saying "Israel can go **** themselves I hate em :2mad:"

exactly, I respect them as a state but I personally disagree with the amount of military aid they receive.
 
I heard that Ron is no racist either, but then I read his newsletters....
