Okay, so Ron Paul agrees with the Ayatolla on the issue of Iranian nukes. Noted.

Santorum wants to start a war with Iran. Wow. And the crowd is clapping. WTF?

Plus he basically said Muslims are Nihilists.

Santorum would be correct if he didn't have such a propensity to overgeneralize. Many extremist Muslim groups are indeed very nihilistic in nature - AQ, for instance. But to paint 1 billion folks as adhering to a nihilistic philosophy is idiotic, because we'd have 1 billion Muslims all blowing themselves up.

He said they are all martyrs who don't give a **** about living so mutual assured destruction is useless. I guess Nihilism isn't the right term - but I just meant as in not caring about living or dying.

Yes, he is doing great according to the small minority of Americans who think it's no big deal it Iran get nukes.

Those people won't decide the nomination though.

These people talk about cuts and want to start a new war. Bunch of hypocrites.

Keep in mind, they all said they would decline $10 in cuts for every $1 in new taxes. You guys are willing to cut all social entitlements but you want to invest more in military operations and new wars. And it has been the democrats pushing more for aiding veterans!

He got booed for telling Bachman she had no valid reason to be a fearmonger. The audience is stupid for booing him.

I'm finding it to be quite the opposite. I don't agree with him on a lot of the economic stuff, but he is the only sane one on that stage tonight. Everyone else is just trying to be a right wing wet dream.

I think it would be idiotic to start a war with Iran unless they attack us. I've had enough of preemptive strikes.
