Do you know the Colbert Report? how Stephen plays a character, thats kinda how I am with Ron Paul, i do not support him, fully support him at least, he has a lot of ideas i like on policy, but he is just gone in other areas like taxes and such. but i pretend sometimes....

No, but to call some one a thief, you should be able to point to the evidence. I am not a Gingrich supporter, far from it, but I will condemn him for stuff that is known, not just stuff I assume because I want it to be true.

But the add shows that Paul does not respect career politicians, so by his own logic you should not respect him.

but it is unlikely we will get to vote for him....the party runs this circus, they will tell us which clown runs against Obama. If it is Newt, I will not vote for him. I might even vote for Obama.
The conservatives may be in the majority within the party, but not in the nation, and I no more want the conservatives running our country than I do the liberals...

so your a straight up moderate then. but then again, Ron Paul is the closest hes ever been, who knows maybe we'll have a Truman win lol.

eh, its a political ad, the word career politician has a negative context to it, i guess thats why they used it, remember its not simply good ol Doctor Paul sitting at his computer editing this ad together lol, i don't know if the idea was actually his.
 
When I think of "career politician," I think of someone who returns to politics again and again because he likes the money or fame, rather than to serve the country. I don't think someone is a career politician simply for being in politics for a very long time.

Career = doing something for money and self-advancement.

yeah i guess, i might not use the word thief, but i would use some sort of negative word....somehow.
 
Watch the news lately? Newt has earned, or I should say was paid, a lot of money by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, for what? They were buying his influence, also known as bribery....
He is lacking in morals and ethics, and we want him to be the POTUS? I think not.

Well, so much for Paul's integrity then. So career politician, no integrity...how exactly is Paul different from Gingrich? Oh wait, I know: Gingrich actually has a record of getting things done...

i was kinda thinking something like this myself, Newt got all his money because of his political contacts, and his "advice giving" aka lobbying.

yes, a moderate.....the sum total of brainpower that reside in the extreme right added to the extreme left is a negative number....
 
difference here is Newt is a huge flip flopper, as bad or worse than Romney, he is wrong on every issue that makes Ron Paul awesome to me.

First of all, for the sake of argument, one hypocritical thing in a political ad, does not make you suddenly lose all of your integrity.

Second, Ron Paul has been a politician all those years because he wanted to serve his country and its constitution, Newt on the other hand only used his position for personal gain.
