Chris Wallace to Rick Perry: Your Jobs Plan Is 'Terrible'

What I find interesting are these two comments by Gov. Perry:

"Let me tell you, any jobs at this particular point in time helps."

"There's nothing wrong with lower revenue," Perry argued. "We will pay off that deficit. Our plan balances this budget in 2020 and we will pay off that debt."

First off, if he truly believed that "any job at this particular point in time helps" he's back the President's jobs plan. Of course, he won't do that because he's bucking for the presidency.

Second, how in the world does he think his tax plan will pay off the deficit when his plan doesn't generate revenue? Unless he's talking about cutting government in major ways like Ron Paul's economic plan, I don't see how he'll be able to do it.

In my view, Perry's grasping at straws here.

The only jobs he created in texas where mcjobs.
