I think if Romney got elected, he might have a shot at getting my vote. To be honest, right now he hasn't had his 10 seconds of fame, or whatever they refer to the front runner as. I think if he got nominated he would get more support because he is a moderate. Like I said, he might get my vote if he gets nominated.

that's a rather childish position to take. I am an attorney who practices almost exclusively before presidentially appointed judges. I know that it is the PARTY that appoints almost every judge other than those on the USSC-and a few select high profile court of appeals judges. Romney, Perry, Bachman, Cain, we will get far better judges than Obama.

I am sorry to hear that TD, because personally I have very little respect for the vast majority of the members of your profession. Partially because of the way the system works, but in large part because a lot of your cohorts have less morals than Lucifer himself. If the system is broken, the Judges who preside over it are really immaterial.

It is the courts where we have the best chances of rolling back the entitlement addiction nonsense and extra or unconstitutional programs that will not get legislatively erased because too many of the sheeple are dependent on those improper programs.

I disagree. With the current system in place, the Courts are no better than the halls of the Legislatures or the corner offices for the Executive Branches of the government. The sheeple have invaded your hallowed Halls of Justice TD and turned them into nothing more than Kangaroo Courts where Legality presides and Justice is the punchline of a joke.

You need to grow up and get rid of that silly purism that only guarantees more Kagans on the Supreme court

You need to realize that for some of us, once the system has become this broken there is no polite recourse, TD. Some of us have taken the blinders off. We've unplugged from the system and can see clearly now how broken it truly is. We understand that the only way to fix the system is to crash it...... "Would you Like to Play A Game?"
