I don't see the problem Bain Capital, from what little research I just did, is a venture capital firm Mitt Romney and a few other chums, founded in 1984 as a split off from "Bain and Company" where he worked. So what I see, is a man who's started a new business or started a whole new branch for an existing business, and apparently has been quite successful. The whole point of this business being to provide capital to start up or other businesses in need, and be repaid at a later date. Making money is the point, they don't have a product they can pose around.
Sure the picture is a little silly, but its no more silly than going out drinking and someone snapping a "drunk photo" yes its a silly photo but really is it a big deal?
