Re: Mitt Romney wins Chris Christie's endorsement

Christie was told to throw the teaparty candidates under the bus....there is opposition to the far right teaparty beginning amongst the traditional GOP
I predicted this would happen before the Nov election....I know many on here would disagree...but their darling teaparty govs lost long time gop voters for them with their attacks on middleclass workers..

Americans do not like the far left and they do not like the right

well, it proves that 'tea partiers' are not just far-right. And will either have someone who believes in our principals, or we will reject them outright.

It's the potential Romney nomination that will make me vote for Obama, not Christie's endorsement. The endorsement simply ensures that I would never vote for Christie, nor would I do anything but sit there and smile were I to come upon him trapped in a burning car. Romney is a ****ing LIBERAL. Chris Christie has lost ALL Conservative credentials with my by supporting him. Romney is a LIBERAL and nothing more. He was the governor of the state I reside in, so I'm very familiar with his policies.

Upside down: the potential GOP candidate for President is more Liberal than the Democratic Party current President. I can see this from my house.

Romney's not a liberal, a conservative, or a moderate; he's whatever he thinks will win him an election.
"The necessaries of life occasion the great expense of the poor. They find it difficult to get food, and the greater part of their little revenue is spent in getting it. The luxuries and vanities of life occasion the principal expense of the rich, and a magnificent house embellishes and sets off to the best advantage all the other luxuries and vanities which they possess. ... It is not very unreasonable that the rich should contribute to the public expense, not only in proportion to their revenue, but something more than in that proportion."

Which makes him a Liberal by definition, Adam. He's a spineless, gutless sack of feces. Nothing more and nothing less. I say that as someone who had him as the Governor of the state I live in.

Looks like the GOP may be getting ready to say a firm 'No' the Tea Party candidates

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

This is rich. Mitt Romney's own advisors helped craft Obamacare, yet the GOP is embracing him. Does anybody else notice the irony here? LOL.

Seems most of the conservatives here disagree with your statement that Christie is a liberal: http://www.debatepolitics.com/polls/...president.html (If Christie runs, will he win the Republican nomination for president?)

People think Newt Gingrich is a conservative too.
