How about if the job required a uniform? Or work on the sabbath? |
It is not discrimination if the individuals religious practices impacted their ability to perform the job as required. For that matter any practice, not just religion.
Now if the employer didn't hire an individual because the employer was negatively opinionated about the religion then it would be discriminatory.
