I've shopped a family member for welfare fraud. However, individual abuse is small fry compared to organised fraud. Unfortunately the attempts to increase the efficiency of the welfare state (i.e. % of funds going to the poor) tends to reduce its effectiveness at poverty alleviation.

I've known more tax evaders. They're the proper gits!
