You do realize that the purpose of the Earned Income Credit is not a taxpayer subsidized boob job?
The EIC is the only tax credit that gives you money back that you did not actually pay in. The purpose of it is to provide income assistance to single parents and very low income working parents. If you go out and get a boob job with the EIC, then your abusing the program. Its not that you took your tax refund and got a boob job, its that you took a taxpayer funded handout that is supposed to help you raise your kids, and got a boob job.
As to directly spending it on a boob job, you get your refund check when you hardly worked at all, the entire check is the EIC, and you take that along with the state version of it, and you get a boob job. Just like people do the same thing on down payments for cars and the like.
