I remember this guy that came over to my friends place. I didn't really know him, but he was talking about how his wife just got a job. But he quit his, because they would make too much to get whatever assistance they were getting from the government. I don't know if you really consider that abusing the system, but I think its one of the dumbest things I ever heard.
