Picken's plan is full of holes....and Gore is avoiding suggesting nuclear as part of the mix of becoming carbon free, even tho that is the most likely way of doing it. Comes down to it, we stand to gain more from Gore's proposals than we did from the moon shot.....and it beats standing around and waiting for "breakthrough" technology.....
I believe Pickens, as rich as he already is, just wants to grab some of the taxpayer subsidies, but that Gore is at least sincere about making progress without trying to become a billionaire in the process.
