All of those things happened as a continuance of the Bush administration policies.
Considering the Dem Congress has a 1 man majority, you can hardly blame all those things on a congress that has been there less than 2 years.
Remember it was the Bush administration and their lapdog lackeys called conservatives that kept saying the economy was alright. It wasn't and now we are finally seeing it so now conservatives want to pass the blame. What cowards conservatives are.
