What Meehan has done comes close to what Ann Coulter busted the Jersey Girls for. But not quite. From reading the article I got the impression this guy actually thinks in that way. And because of his sincerity I'd give him a tsk, tsk but that's all.

The fact is that he does have a point.

9/11 was the result of a Democratic under response to repeated attacks.

And Democrats are and have been making noises that they believe our own government is a bigger threat to our safety than Jihadists and terrorists. And too many damn people have, well, they haven't exactly forgotten 9/11, but they act as if it was a fluke. 'The danger is past. Jihadists have been licked in Iraq. We can go back to our old way of life and elect a Democrat who feels the same way as we do.'

His sign says what I just did in fewer words and more succinctly.

Hell, maybe we do need to be reminded.

I'd vote for him!
