It wasn't strategy, it was a deflated campaign that had only Romney's own cash to support. Losing Florida killed momentum all right, particulary $$$ wise. Romney waffled on donating more of his own personal $ to advertise on Super Tuesday, and there were no other funds left. He did decide to advertise at the last minute but it was a joke.
