So just to be clear: if their resumes were reversed, you'd vote for Obama?
I could never vote for someone with Obama's policies.........I don't think Conservatives would ever nominate someone with his experience........At least they haven't in the 44 years I have been voting.........Nor would they ever nominate someone so far to the left.........

Who would you consider our best commanders-in-chief to be? I would pick James K. Polk, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, and Franklin Roosevelt. Of those, only TR had any military experience at all.
None of those people you mentioned had to deal with the world as it is today............Of the Republicans this year the one I agreed with most was Huckabee or Romney but in this political climate they were not electable.....The best man to beat Obama in 2008 is McCain.............

How many days in the Senate DO you think qualifies someone to be president? What do they learn on those extra days that they need to know for the White House?
A couple of terms in the senate or being a governor for 1 or 2 terms would suffice...........
