Heh. This is all generally speaking, of course. And each side will exaggerate the definition just a tad. That's some of the fun.
Alright, to the Paleoconservatives or Libertarian-minded folk, Liberals are anyone but themselves (sometimes going so far as to claim they are "socialists"-perhaps irregardless of the fact that they are not). To Liberals, they sit in amusement that their ideology has become an insult. To Neoconservatives, liberals are those like the new-left.
I'm closer to a Neoconservative, myself, but I don't believe I fit in with the Bush crowd much.
