My guess is that he talks about winning in Afghanistan as being important is because such country was involved in the September 11th attacks and our being in Afghanistan is appropriate. I agree with him--we must win there.
Your question about why it's okay to lose in Iraq is just completely dishonest. Nowhere has he made such a statement.  |
I thought obama was going to remove troops imediatly, a few brigades each month. That does not sound like "winning" to me.
