And these issues are a domino effect anyway. It is not like the US was sitting pretty prior to Bush and he ****ed everything up. Most of what we see as strength in economics is perception and psychology, and the US has been built on a stack of lies since the 70's. Not that it is all falling apart, it is just that now these things are coming to a boil, so to speak. Housing. Stocks. Etc. and just like Hoover was blamed for the Depression, when it was in fact settled years before he took office, Bush is getting blamed now. Don't get me wrong... I think Bush is a POS, but eveything is not solely his fault either.
