You are kidding right? The ME has so much in profit cash as of late, and they will know that as soon as the ships do start moving they will be making even more profit since by then oil will be really sky high. I'm guessing that they will be happy to sit on things for a while and not get involved knowing that in the longer run it will put billions in their pockets.
