That is, nevertheless, a good ten points or more higher than the median IQ for people of certain other races and socioeconomic classes.
This is due to a combination of factors, including but not limited to the prenatal care they receive in utero, their diet and specifically their dietary deficiencies during their years of peak cognitive development, environmental factors such as lead and other pollutants and toxins, and the influences- the *advantages*- they are exposed to or not exposed to in early childhood.
I do want to change all of that, by eliminating poverty of body, mind, and spirit from this planet (or at least from this wealthiest of all countries).
It is an abomination here, of all places. | I think what would happen if we try to elevate everyone up to the same level is everybody would be on the bottom. Things don't work evenly. It's not human nature. There will always be your haves and your have nots, because for whatever reason some people are just more ambitious, and make better use of what they have, even those that aren't priviledged.
