My partner is Jewish and we took the kids to Egypt over spring break this year and we were originally going to stop in Jordan to see Petra. (But the logistics ended up being too hairy). So, now we're thinking of taking the kids to Israel in a couple years. Hopefully the relationship with Jordan will still allows us to cross the border and back.
