A rape victim can find out where to get her MAP from the police station after fileing her report or from the doctor who gave her the perscription (
assuming the hospital itself doesn't have it on hand).
A private buisness should not be under any obligation to referr a costomer to a competetor who can or will offer a product and/or service they can not or will not perform themselves.
