Again, the FACTS are not your friend if you want to debate criminality and attempt to make the pathetic argument that Republicans are corrupt.
Vitter still has his job because he has not been criminally prosecuted and found guilty. I am sure you still believe in the same constitutional protections one wants to give terrorists and enemy combatants apply to Vitter don't you? Or is this another DOUBLE standard that matches your political philosophy?
