Here is what he ACTUALLY stated, and intelligence reports were suggesting it as well:

We're concerned that Iraq is exploring ways of using these UAVS for missions targeting the United States. "

Again, your RHETORIC is a deliberate exaggeration about an issue that was of GREAT concern in a pathetically weak effort to make the President look bad. But alas, you and your fellow Democrats, Liberals and Leftists have the benefit of HINDSIGHT; something you all exhibit a great propensity for which is also called "second guessing" after the fact.

It doesn't take much intellect to play that game.
