The pharmacies who engage in such behaviors should lose their license. When you enter the medical profession, you have an overwhelming obligation to deliver required care that overrides any other concerns. If you have reservations about doing that, you shouldn't be in the medical profession. These people are clearly putting their own beliefs above their duties as a provider of medicine. They should not be granted a license to sell medicine, as they have compromised their ability to complete their duties as a pharmacy.
