Does this "germaine greer" speak out in favor of middle east abuses of women? Otherwise, you shouldn't be judging based on nothing, right?
But even then, go just one step further into a position of power. If you have limited time and resources (you do), are you going to fight every case of injustice against women, or the ones nearest to your family and friends, where you can concentrate all your time and resources?
That's what the earlier post was about. Don't we typically fight the fights we can win, and don't we think that someone spreading themselves too think is a pretty bad move?
