What sort of reasoning are you using here. If I do something good (stop a criminal from beating an old lady), can you equate this to (germaine greer fighting for women's rights in that state/nation)?
If you can, then it follows that you would take issue with greer, as you write, because you don't believe she/he is banging on issues in the middle east. Well, then can you equate that to the criminal example above. Despite me stopping a criminal from beating an old lady, you believe I'm apparently not in the right because I'm not also stopping criminals an Chile? To me what you wrote is simply wrong.
