Secondly the term saudi creation is to mistake quite alot as although al qaida had a large presence in Saudi arabia its certainly not a creation of the house of saud as one of Al qaidas main intial objectives was an overthrow of that government king Abdullah has taken steps to quash al qaida in saudi arabia and is trying to use education to counter Islamist violence.
