Last time I checked the Supreme Court (LAWRENCE V. TEXAS) said we could not demean your existence. You cannot be an abomination to be killed, and your trying to breed unnaturally cannot be illegal, so all you need is a good legal argument for equal rights to marry. Such a valid argument is easier to make, if you do not demean all states rights, and if you can do more than think (I want), therefore, it must be true.
