I don't use anything at all. I haven't had to. If I have a cold or flu or bad headache or sore back or sore knee, I just push through it without any kind of medicine(prescription or OTC) or "natural" remedy and eventually it goes away on its own. If I ever get something bad, it will be bad enough that herbs aren't going to cure/fix it and I will eventually have to go to the hospital. I'm just doing my part to help keep costs down.
