I'd simply argue that most people are stupid as hell and would be prone to misunderstanding the difference between a real doctor and one of these quacks.
A "doctor" is someone who graduated from a AMA-accredited medical school and passed their state-required boards. Period, end of discussion. I can't believe Minn. is being this absurd.
