Yes, the illegal market would continue as is does for every other illegal act. I have made no claim to the contrary. As the black market is not under the rules and regulations of the white market, no regulation can control it (
I just wish gun controle activists understood this fact).
Imo, just as with illegal drug use, illegal contract killing, illegal immigration, illegal gambling, illegal _________, the bast way is to turn the harts of the people away from the activity. This reduces demand for the illegal activity, drives prices up, and slows the black economy.
