And I just don't like that there
are no politics behind it. As stated before, it's just an excuse for gays to thrust their alternative lifestyles into the faces of others who do not share their tastes.
If gays tried to go by way of referendum for their rights to marry and the state majority said yes, I'd say more power to 'em. However, when they prance around in tasteless clothing to make a spectacle of themselves, I find less enthusiasm in their cause.
Can I hold a "straight white male" pride parade? Equal rights, after all...
I'd support people who are "real" people that happen to be gay, but I'll fight hard against people whose sole meaning of self-distinction is that they're gay.
