The thing was fine, but is the exact kind of video that liberals would've been clamoring about should the republicans had made something like that claiming their just using fear tactics. | What fear mongering was done? The ad talked about 3rd rate dictators and McCain's friends/campaign employees representing oppressive governments while McCain claims that he's going to take them on. Bit of a dishonest lie on your part isn't it? The ad says nothing about fear at all. It addresses something which has been central to McCain's campaigning.
