That's your response? That you have a "great sig"? Wow. I guess debating with you isn't any fun when you can't form a coherent argument. I've asked for proof of these lies that you keep claiming three times and not a single attempt to provide one. This only proves that your opinions are not supported by any facts, just hate.
I'm no Bush apologist. The man's done almost nothing right since being re-elected and I'm not happy with how the war has been fought. Having said that, I'm going to defend him where he deserves to be defended. The baseless attacks that you and others carry out on him miss out on what he's done wrong. And blaming the sitting President for the acts of citizens who can't balance their own checkbook is lame at best. I served in the US Navy during the first Gulf War. I'm more upset at Bush 41 for not finishing the job then than I am at Bush 43 for not planning out the post-overthrow strategy. Had Bush 41 had the balls to take out Saddam in 1991, we wouldn't be in this mess now.
I care about the troops, more than many posters on this forum because I served myself. This war, while fought incorrectly for about 3 years, is not about what was done wrong and what was done right. It's now about how are we going to clean up the mess and get our troops home. Anyone can play armchair quarterback and point out every mistake Bush has made, but is it really going to change anything going forward? I don't believe in just pulling out of Iraq for the sake of pulling out. If we leave Iraq without giving the Iraqi's every option available to them to govern themselves and provide security for their people, it would be a great dishonor to those troops that have fallen or been injured during this war. If we leave Iraq and it falls into complete chaos, those soldiers gave life and limb for nothing.
I don't care if you hate Bush because it's insignificant to me. But if you are going to hate him, at least hate him for something factual and not BS. Blaming Bush for everything that happens in this country is nothing short of being intellectually dishonest. The reasons you gave for hating him are thinner than a piece of paper. I was easily able to shoot holes in all of them because there aren't any facts to support your illogical reasoning. There are plenty of reasons to hate Bush out there, but you didn't hit on a single one of them. Had you done so, I would be the first to let you know since you and I are the ones having this discussion.
Is the Bush Presidency a failure? Time will tell. It hasn't been what many of us that voted for him had hoped - not even close. But I shudder to think of what the alternative would be had Kerry or Gore won the election. If you really want to be angry at someone, be angry at the American voting public for not being able to provide a better alternative candidate than Kerry or Gore. I don't believe Obama is the right candidate either, but he is the only one that is representing the core of his party since McCain is clearly not representing his.
