Let's see, the majority of the illegals in this country are uneducated poverty rejects from Mexico who don't speak English. So where ever THESE particular uneducated poverty rejects who don't speak English CONGREGATE are the "Little Mexicos" I'm talking about. That part of the Latino community that is illegal. Say an illegal uneducated poverty reject from Mexico who doesn't speak English works as a roofer where the foreman and owner are the only ones who speak English. So after these illegal uneducated Mexican poverty rejects who don't speak English get off work they go back to that vast illegal alien underground where all of these illegal uneducated Mexican poverty rejects congregate and live. There are such hordes of illegals in this country who don't speak English, that the ones who don't speak English don't have to speak English to get by.
